USO EMEA Volunteer of the Year 2022, LTC Miguel Cisneros

Please join us in congratulating the 2022 USO EMEA Volunteer of the Year, LTC Miguel Cisneros. We are so grateful to have him on our team. It’s been said that he bleeds USO. This field grade officer has assisted in pioneering the way for a USO center at USAG Ansbach. Despite being a dedicated service member and wearing many hats within the Garrison, LTC Cisneros always prioritizes time to help USO Ansbach succeed. He is constantly connecting key players to the USO, works diligently to foster community relationships, and tirelessly recruits new talent for our volunteer rooster. He’s the first one to throw an apron on and serve service members during our ‘Dinner’s On Us’ program, and the last one cleaning up at the end of the night. In the first few months that USO Ansbach has been in operation, LTC Cisneros has dedicated over 300 hours to setting up our centers, helping in day-to-day activities, and everything in between. It is our honor to thank him for his tireless efforts in support of USO EMEA and for his service to the nation. #USOVolunteers
